You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access any website, Google property, account, or data you connect to OpenSEO. You must notify the service operator if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Google Analytics and Search Console integrations
OpenSEO may allow you to connect Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console through Google OAuth. By connecting a Google account, you authorize OpenSEO to access the data covered by the permissions displayed during Google’s authorization process.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorization to access the Google properties and information you connect. You may revoke OpenSEO’s access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access may disable related features.
Google integrations depend on Google’s services, APIs, permissions, and availability. OpenSEO does not control Google and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of these integrations. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
AI-generated content and SEO recommendations
OpenSEO may provide AI-assisted research, summaries, reports, recommendations, and other generated content. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it or implementing changes based on it.
OpenSEO does not guarantee higher search rankings, increased website traffic, improved conversions, additional leads, increased revenue, or any other particular SEO or business outcome. Search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, and other external factors can affect results.
Third-party services
OpenSEO may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, AI processing, SEO data, analytics integrations, and other application functionality. These services may be subject to their own terms, usage limits, availability restrictions, and privacy policies.
We do not control independent third-party services or guarantee their continued availability. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by those providers.
Acceptable use
You agree to use OpenSEO only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You must not use the service to access accounts or data without authorization, violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with the service’s security or availability, circumvent access controls, or abuse APIs and service limits.
You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted to or generated through OpenSEO is used lawfully and does not infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property and user content
The OpenSEO application, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, may be protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service’s intellectual property to you.
You retain the rights you hold in content and data you submit, subject to any rights necessary to operate the service and the terms of applicable third-party providers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to submit, analyze, or publish any material through OpenSEO.
Service availability and changes
We aim to maintain a functional service but do not guarantee that OpenSEO will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, security incidents, third-party outages, and API changes may cause interruptions or changes to functionality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using OpenSEO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, violations of these Terms, security concerns, legal obligations, or discontinuation of the service.
