Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

1. Introduction

Creative Cloud Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information processed through OpenSEO, our AI-assisted search engine optimization (SEO) platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how OpenSEO collects, accesses, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, connect third-party services, or use our platform and related features.

OpenSEO provides website performance reporting, SEO research, keyword analysis, technical SEO insights, AI-assisted recommendations, and related digital marketing functionality.

By using OpenSEO, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent or another legal basis is required, we will obtain or rely on the appropriate legal basis for the relevant processing.

2. Information We Collect and Process

The information we process depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant.

2.1 Account and Contact Information

When you register for or use OpenSEO, we may process information such as:

  • Name and email address.
  • Account identifiers and authentication-related information.
  • Organization, project, and website details.
  • Preferences and platform settings.
  • Communications and support requests you send to us.

Authentication credentials, including passwords, are handled through the platform’s authentication mechanisms. We do not request your Google Account password to connect Google services through OAuth.

2.2 Website and SEO Information

To provide SEO functionality, OpenSEO may process information such as:

  • Website domains, URLs, and publicly accessible page content.
  • Keywords, search terms, and competitor information submitted or researched through the platform.
  • Technical SEO audit results and website performance observations.
  • Backlink, search-ranking, and search-result information available through connected or configured services.
  • Project notes, research history, and information you provide for SEO analysis.
  • Reports, recommendations, and other outputs generated through the platform.

The precise information processed depends on the tools, integrations, and features you choose to use.

2.3 Google Analytics 4 Data

If you connect Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to OpenSEO, we may access reporting information associated with the Google Analytics property you authorize.

Depending on the reports and features you request, this information may include:

  • Website sessions and traffic acquisition metrics.
  • Organic-search landing-page performance.
  • Engagement metrics and key events.
  • Ecommerce transactions and revenue metrics, where available.
  • Audience, device, and other reporting breakdowns.
  • Site-search reporting and measurement-health information.

OpenSEO accesses this information to provide website performance reports, organic-search analysis, SEO insights, and related features.

Google Analytics access is read-only for the reporting functionality described here. OpenSEO does not use this permission to administer your Google Account or modify your Google Analytics configuration.

2.4 Google Search Console Data

If you connect Google Search Console, OpenSEO may access reporting information for the Search Console property you authorize.

Depending on the reports and features you request, this information may include:

  • Search queries and associated performance metrics.
  • Clicks and impressions.
  • Click-through rate (CTR).
  • Average search position, where reported by Google.
  • Performance breakdowns by page, country, device, date, and supported search type.
  • URL inspection information and related indexing details, where the relevant feature is available and authorized.

We use this information to help you understand search visibility, evaluate existing rankings, identify opportunities, and improve your website’s SEO performance.

OpenSEO uses read-only access for the Search Console reporting functionality described here.

2.5 Information from Other Connected Services

OpenSEO may integrate with other SEO research, analytics, data, or AI services. When you use these features, the information necessary to fulfill your request may be processed by the relevant service.

The information and permissions involved depend on the integration and the functionality you choose to use.

2.6 Usage, Diagnostic, and Technical Information

The platform may process technical and operational information needed to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the service. This may include application events, feature usage, error details, performance information, and relevant request or diagnostic metadata.

The specific information collected depends on the application configuration and the services enabled in your deployment.

3. Google Account Authorization and Permissions

OpenSEO uses Google’s authorization mechanisms, including OAuth, to let you connect supported Google services.

When you authorize a connection:

  1. Google presents the permissions requested by the integration.
  2. You decide whether to grant those permissions.
  3. OpenSEO uses the resulting authorization to access the permitted information for the connected service.
  4. OpenSEO uses the accessible information to provide the reporting and analysis features you request.

OpenSEO requests read-only Google Analytics and Search Console permissions for the integrations described in this policy. We do not claim access to information beyond the permissions granted by Google and the connected account.

You can review or revoke OpenSEO’s access through your Google Account’s third-party connections or security settings.

Revoking access prevents future access that depends on the revoked authorization. It does not necessarily delete reports, project records, or other information already stored in OpenSEO. You may need to request deletion separately.

4. How We Use Information

We use information processed through OpenSEO for purposes such as:

  • Providing and operating the platform.
  • Authenticating users and managing accounts and projects.
  • Connecting to authorized Google services and retrieving permitted reporting data.
  • Generating website performance reports and SEO insights.
  • Conducting keyword research and evaluating search visibility.
  • Identifying technical SEO issues and potential improvements.
  • Generating AI-assisted summaries, analysis, recommendations, and reports.
  • Maintaining project context and relevant research history.
  • Responding to support requests and communicating with users.
  • Detecting misuse, investigating errors, maintaining security, and protecting the platform.
  • Meeting applicable legal obligations and enforcing our terms.

We use information for purposes reasonably related to the functionality you request, subject to applicable law and the commitments in this Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Assisted Processing and Third-Party AI Providers

OpenSEO includes AI-assisted features that can analyze information and generate summaries, recommendations, research results, and other outputs.

When you use these features, relevant information may be processed by the AI model provider configured for the requested functionality.

Depending on your request, the information sent for AI processing may include:

  • Your prompts and instructions.
  • Website domains, URLs, and relevant page content.
  • Keywords and SEO research information.
  • Relevant project context and previously supplied information.
  • Selected report results or metrics retrieved from connected services.
  • Other information necessary to generate the requested output.

Google Data and AI-Assisted Analysis

When you ask OpenSEO’s AI assistant to analyze connected Google Analytics or Search Console information, the assistant may use the relevant reporting tools to retrieve data from your authorized property.

Relevant results returned by those tools may then be provided to the configured AI model to generate the requested analysis, explanation, summary, or recommendation.

This processing occurs when relevant to the functionality being used; it does not mean every Google report is necessarily sent to an AI provider during every interaction.

Third-Party AI Processing

AI requests may be routed through configured third-party AI infrastructure or service providers. Those providers may process submitted information to return the requested output, subject to the applicable service terms, privacy policies, and data-handling arrangements.

The specific AI provider may depend on the model and routing configuration in use. We do not represent that all AI processing necessarily occurs exclusively on Creative Cloud Hub’s own infrastructure.

We aim to limit AI requests to information relevant to the requested task. You should avoid submitting passwords, secret keys, payment credentials, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested analysis.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

OpenSEO’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

In particular:

  • We use Google data to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible and relevant to the functionality you have authorized.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not use Google data for purposes unrelated to the authorized features described in this policy.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine-learning models where prohibited by Google’s Limited Use requirements.
  • Human access to Google user data is restricted to circumstances permitted by applicable policy, such as with user consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or to investigate abuse.

Where Google data is processed by a third-party service provider to deliver an authorized feature, that processing must be consistent with applicable Google API policies and the restrictions described in this Privacy Policy.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information or Google user data.

We may share or make information available in the following circumstances, subject to applicable law and the restrictions described in this policy.

7.1 Service Providers

We may use service providers to support platform hosting, infrastructure, authentication, database operations, AI-assisted processing, technical support, security, and other necessary functions.

These providers may process information on our behalf to provide the relevant service. The information shared is intended to be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.

7.2 Connected Services

When you choose to connect a third-party service, OpenSEO exchanges the information required to establish and operate that integration. The connected service’s own terms and privacy policy may also apply.

7.3 Legal and Security Requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the rights or safety of users or others, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or secure our services.

7.4 Business Transfers

If Creative Cloud Hub undergoes a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of relevant business assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.

7.5 No Sale of Google Data

We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their independent advertising purposes. Any permitted processing by a service provider must be consistent with the functionality requested and applicable Google API requirements.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OpenSEO, maintain accounts and projects, support requested features, preserve relevant reports or project history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the feature involved, the user’s settings, and applicable legal requirements.

Information obtained from Google services may remain in OpenSEO as part of saved reports, project records, or other service outputs until it is deleted or otherwise removed in accordance with our retention practices.

Revoking Google authorization does not automatically remove information previously obtained from Google. Where applicable, users may request deletion of associated information as described below.

We do not promise a fixed retention period for every category of information unless that period is expressly specified in the applicable service documentation or agreement.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.

Depending on the relevant service and configuration, these measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, restricted system permissions, secure communications, and operational monitoring.

No internet-based system or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for ensuring that access to their accounts and connected services is appropriately controlled.

10. Data Deletion and Your Choices

You may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.

To request deletion:

  1. Contact us using the email address listed in the Contact Us section.
  2. Identify your OpenSEO account or the relevant project and describe the information you want deleted.
  3. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity and authority to make the request.
  4. We will review and respond to the request in accordance with applicable law and our retention obligations.

Where applicable, deletion may include account-related information, saved project records, or stored reporting information associated with your request.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate operational reasons. Technical backups may also persist for a limited period under applicable backup-retention practices.

To stop future access to Google data, revoke OpenSEO’s authorization in your Google Account settings. You may also contact us if you want to request deletion of information already stored by OpenSEO.

11. International Data Processing

Depending on the hosting infrastructure, connected services, and AI providers configured for the platform, information may be processed or accessed in countries other than the country in which you reside.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for relevant international transfers.

The location of processing may depend on the service provider and configuration used for the feature you request.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

OpenSEO or its supporting website may use cookies, session identifiers, or similar technologies where necessary for authentication, account sessions, security, preferences, and platform functionality.

The types of technologies used depend on the relevant website and application configuration.

Where consent is required for optional cookies or similar technologies, we will seek consent as required by applicable law.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the website or platform.

13. Children’s Privacy

OpenSEO is intended for business, professional, and general website-optimization use. It is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where it should not have been collected, contact us so that we can review the matter and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

OpenSEO may link to or integrate with third-party websites, APIs, and services. We do not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.

Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and authorization processes. We encourage you to review those documents before connecting an external service or submitting information to it.

15. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of certain information.
  • Object to or request restriction of certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Request a copy of information where a right to data portability applies.
  • Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

These rights are subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. To exercise a relevant right, contact us using the details below.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in OpenSEO’s features, integrations, data-handling practices, service providers, or legal requirements.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of this page. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.

We encourage you to review this page periodically.
